Nomō No 1 is a new hangover prevention pill to be launched in 2021. It has been developed by NuCarbon Labs and is the first of it’s kind, using activated carbon to absorb and remove alcohol related toxins from within the body.
I created a full brand identity for Nomō as well as producing a short animation to explain the brand.
We wanted the brand to look premium but also clinical and scientific to reinforce a feeling of trust with the consumer because the product has been developed after decades of research and expertise in the area.
The name is an abbreviation for ‘no more’, the logo has been hand crafted and the line above the o represents an apostrophe to indicate the missing letters.
The range is almost all black to reflect the carbon ingredient and give a sophisticated feel, the only spot of colour is on the Activated Carbon icon and each range has its own unique colour.
I created the pattern to represent a molecular structure diagram and carbon adsorbing toxins. It is printed in spot varnish to give a subtle textured feel to the matt packaging and a luxurious finish.
