A project for a new housing development in Kirkstall Road, Leeds by Latimer | Clarion Housing Group. The inspiration for the brand came from looking into the area’s history.
The site used to be home to a chemical dye factory ‘Wood and Bedford’ which became a leading manufacturer and internationally known for producing yellow and purple dyes.
The use of colour throughout the palette, photography and references in the tone of voice all help to tell the story of the vibrancy of life on the development and the surrounding area of Leeds inspiring B2B and B2C audiences to invest.
